Local run by a Portuguese who has been living in Angola for more than 62 years. The food is good and the prices are more than reasonable. It has many Portuguese dishes.

I've known Varluz since 2007 when we built the Catumbela bridge, we would take short breaks to drink some fine beers that are unmatched in the entire province of Benguela, a hug to Luís Vargas.

Out of this world lobster gratin. Not to mention the best fino in Angola. Very good!
